1.) Of all the places you have lived while in the service, which one was your favorite? Believe it or not, in seven years (his first year in was pretty much all training.) we have never once moved. So much for the "Join the military, see the world." That is one of the reasons he is getting out. They won't move us, and we refuse to spend 20+ years in Florida.


2.) What D-n-D creature are you? I always play some sort of Elf. Although, I recently got Jeff the new set of books for a present, and some of the new races look cool. Can't wait to move back and get my geek on with our old group. :D Otherwise, I'd have to be a dragon, cause you want to run fast if you wake me up. :D


3.) What will be the first "forbidden" thing you eat/drink after your pregnancy? Sushi! I've been getting by on California Rolls, I want my raw salmon Nigiri! (That is most likely spelled wrong.) The only other thing I haven't really been able to have is caffine, and other than the occasional Dew, I don't intake much caffine. Now, I might not drink tea for a while after. I'm pretty sick of it.


4.) Who is your favorite author, and which book by said author made him/her your favorite? I don't really have a favorite author. I love The Stand by Steven King, but can't seem to get into any of his other stuff. I loved The Lord of the Rings, but can't stand The Hobbit. JKR's first half of the series kept me spell bound. The second half, not so much. LOL See the trend here?


5.) Which band would you love to see live? Bon Jovi, and I just might get too if the Air Force cooperates.

Surrogacy: Not sure what else I could say that wouldn't be a repeat of something I've said before.

Writing: Wish I could find some motivation to do some more. I've got a really good plot bunny, just sitting here waiting for me to attack it, and I can't seem to do it. :(

Harry: He's my favorite character. It's his story, and without him none of the other characters would matter. Even my second favorite, Severus Snape.

Military: Again, not sure what else I can say that I haven't already. I am glad we have such a great military. I am not happy with the way they have jerked Jeff around and made his health problems worse instead of better. A 35 year old should not be in constant pain and be in the process to get a cane for back pain, that could have been cured had someone done their job and listened to him, instead of going almost two years telling him that is was a strained muscle, and to take this and he'd be better in no time.

MPREG: I loves it! What's the point of being magical if it can't do magical things?

Yes, since it is way to early in the morning for my inhibitions to be awake.

2. Would you do meth if it was legal?

Na, don't like the headache one alcoholic drink gives me. I doubt I could handle anything stronger.

3. Abortion: for or against it?

Pro-Choice. And yes, there is a difference between Pro-Choice and Pro-Abortion. I don't feel anyone has the right to tell someone that they have to bring a kid into the world that they don't want or can't take care of. Yes, the best thing to do is not get pregnant in the first place, but I have seen plenty of people where that just isn't an option.

4. Do you think the world would fail with a female president?

We're still around after W. I have more faith in my own gender than I did him.

5. Do you believe in the death penalty?

Yes, it's life without parole I don't believe in.

6. Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?

Yes, I don't understand why cigarettes are legal, but pot isn't. While I'd rather see cigarettes become outlawed, I also know that isn't going to happen, and I so hate hypocrisy.

7. Are you for or against premarital sex?

Would you buy a car without test driving it? HELL NO! So why marry without finding out if you are compatible in bed? The divorce rate is high enough.

8. Do you believe in God?

Some days yes, some days no. I do believe the term is agnostic. I can see both sides, but I do tend to lean towards the scientific side more times than not.

9. Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?

Yes. With a country that has separation of church and state, we sure do have a lot of religion in our laws.

10. Do you think it's wrong that so many Hispanics are illegally moving to the USA?

I think it is wrong for anyone more move illegally into the US.

11. A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it?

No, and her home life should be looked into as well. There are reasons someone so young is having sex, and most of them aren't very good ones. Even if her home life is fine, she should have the chance at living fist.

12. Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen?

Yes, it is ridiculous that our 18 year olds can go to war for us, but can not drink. Let's not even get into what kind of trouble this causes inside the military, much less out of it.

13. Should the war in Iraq be called off?

Nope, if we left now, we;d have a bigger problem on our hands than before. Once started, we need to see things through. You don't stop a root canal in the middle, do you?

14. Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?

Why is it you have a pet, that is in pain that cannot be treated and you put it to "sleep" and it's called humane, yet, we have humans in the same position, but can't help them in the same way, if that is what they want? Hmm, sounds like more of that religion creeping into the law books to me.

15. Do you believe in spanking your children?

Yes, there is a difference between a spank and abuse. Sometimes timeout just isn't enough.

16. Would you burn an American flag for a million dollars?

Why not, it just cloth, a symbol. Does it hurt us as a country? Not that I've seen.

17. Who do you think would make a better president: McCain or Obama?

We're Screwed for another four to eight years.

Severus Snape: Where to start? He is the one of the most complex characters from the Harry Potter books. He had so much potential, but in the end his creator hated him and did him wrong. He's the most out of control, control freak I've ever had the pleasure of reading. He's snark, and attitude, and bitterness, and love, and obsession, and gifted, and so very appealing in a way JKR never imagined he would be.

Stu Redman: Good Ol' Boy from Texas. Not highly educated, but highly inteligent non-the-less. Stubborn, scarred, loyal, and loveable all wrapped up in that Teddybear package, YUM!

Sirius Black: Inmature, loyal, bully, damaged, rebelious. Proof that good looks are only skin deep.

1. How has LJ changed your life? It sent me to IJ, and IJ has helped me connect with more adults. After speaking to a four year old all day, that's a blessing!

2. What do you do before bedtime? Medication, one last drink of whatever is in my hand (normally tea), make sure the kids lights are off and that everyone is covered up, then I find something boring to fall asleep to on TV.

3. What will your dream wedding be like? Mine was pretty close. Had my mother agreed to be in any of the pictures, it would have been perfect.

4. What is the city of your dreams and why? I don't really have a city, but I'd love to move to Pennsylvania instead of Indiana next year. But it's not going to happen.

5. Are you an introvert or extrovert? Introvert

6. Which is more blessed, loving someone or being loved by someone? Both sides of the same coin.

8. If the person you secretly like is already attached, what would you do? I'm lucky, the person I secretly like, likes me back. Although, after 14 years together, I don't think it's much of a secret anymore. But when it was, he wasn't attached, so I'm not sure what I would do.

9. Is there anything that has made you unhappy these days? My husband's back pain, my daughters math grades, the lack of care I'm getting from the doctors about my headaches...I could go on, but I'll stop there. lol

10. What is your best quality? I'm a great listener, with a nice cushiony shoulder.

12. How do you see yourself? As a frumpy Stay at Home Mom.

18. If you fall in love with two people simultaneously, who would you pick? According to the stories I read, you don't have to pick. :D But seriously, does this happen? Once was enough for me, not sure I could handle falling in love with two in a life time, much less two at the same time.

19: Would you have 100% safe sex with a stranger for $10,000,000? Not sure, I don't think losing Jeff would be worth any amount.

20: What were your parents going to name you if you'd been born the opposite gender? Not sure, neither one of my parents talk about that time, much less little things like what other names they had picked out for me.

We just got back from one of the best times we've had at the beach in a long long time. Jeff and I helped chase fish, caught hermit crabs, and chased the kids around in the water. Fun was had by all. Now, if the adults could just remember to sunscreen themselves, we wouldn't have two lobsters for parents. *g*
